At Yoga Bear Studios, everything begins with community. Chloe's passion for yoga stems from a desire to create a space where people can come together, support one another, and grow as a collective. We’re all in this journey of life together, and the encouragement we find in community is what truly makes a difference. Whether it’s through movement or mindfulness, my goal is to draw people in and create a supportive environment where we can work toward stability and wellness, both on and off the mat.

We are a vinyasa-based studio that focuses on Ujjayi breath, a technique that helps synchronize your breath with movement, creating a powerful flow that benefits both the mind and body. I take the time to watch each participant attentively, offering modifications as needed to ensure every individual feels supported. Whether you're dealing with physical limitations or just starting your yoga journey, I'm here to help guide you safely and mindfully through each practice.

Movement is essential for building stability in life. It’s more than just stretching or exercise; it’s about tuning into your body, listening to what it needs, and moving with purpose. I understand that many of my clients experience physical pain or limitations, and that’s why I’ve taken extra steps to ensure your comfort during class. We’ve installed professional-grade mats to provide an extra layer of cushioning for your joints and muscles, especially for those who may be dealing with discomfort. These mats are designed to complement your practice and enhance overall comfort, but you’ll still need to bring your own yoga mat to class. If you don’t already have one, we offer mats for rent as well as for sale, so you’re covered either way.

Beyond our physical yoga classes, we also offer meditative sound healing sessions, where Leigh with Ekhos Sound Healing uses a full set of all seven crystal singing bowls. Each bowl is tuned to the frequencies of the body’s seven chakras, which are energy centers that influence our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. During sound healing, these bowls produce rich, resonant tones that penetrate deep into the body, helping to release tension, balance the chakras, and promote deep relaxation. This practice is perfect for those who want to unplug from the mental noise and reconnect with their inner self. By the end of the session, you’ll feel refreshed, more centered, and ready to take on whatever life brings your way.

Lastly recovery is a key focus at Yoga Bear Studios because we believe in supporting your body not only during the workout but also after it. One of our most popular recovery services is Normatec compression therapy, which helps with lymphatic drainage – an important process for removing toxins and reducing swelling. This air-compression technology improves circulation and speeds up muscle recovery, making it an excellent choice for anyone looking to reduce inflammation or enhance performance.

We also offer vibration boards that can be used in our 1:1 yoga sessions. These boards gently stimulate the muscles, improving circulation, flexibility, and balance. They provide an added dimension to your practice, making it easier to deepen your stretches and connect with your body in new ways. If you're seeking a more personalized meditative experience, our 1:1 sound healing sessions are designed to help you tap into that sense of calm and rejuvenation.

We’re also excited to announce the upcoming addition of our cold plunge! Cold therapy is an incredible tool for reducing inflammation, improving mental clarity, and boosting overall recovery. Cold plunges are known to stimulate the nervous system, helping to reset your body and improve muscle recovery times after intense physical activity.
